Be Careful What You Ask For, or at the Very Least, Be Very Specific

Have you heard? My dear, multi-talented friend, Clark Kent has gone missing. It's true. He's asked me to fill in for a day while he's laying low. He's been slipping his readers clues every day as to his whereabouts. I hope he resurfaces soon.

When my super hero friend asked me to guest post, he left me a lot of leeway and basically just told me to go crazy. LET MY GUEST POST AT HIS SITE BE A LESSON TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE. Steenky Bee is like a child, she needs very rigid guidelines and detailed instructions when given an assignment.

Click on over to Clark Kent's Lunchbox to see what happens when I'm asked to guest post, but I never actually get around to writing my post. Instead, I just asked the host a bunch of inappropriate questions.

Side Note: I've said this before, but wouldn't Clark Kent's Lunchbox be, like, the best band name EVER?

FIRST!! To comment on your "I'm not really here post"... kind of seems like a hollow victory...

That's the weird thing about blogs, like "I'm here but also not."

It's enough to make people religious.

and btw, what happened with the post from yesterday? was that some kind of stunt to boost your traffic? we all could see that you had posted it in the reader, and the follower place, and in the blogrolls, but when we got here you totally stiffed us. you had better not pull any of that shat when you're making me eggs. sistah.

OMG I just love your blog! That post had me laughing so hard I was crying!

Dee's comment over there is killing me....

Of course, if you start a band, I totally expect you to call it "That's What She Said" and it would have to be an all-girl band. Like the Go-Gos. But better.

the only thing cooler than Clark Kent's LunchBox as a band name would be Clark Kent's Sock Drawer.

and yeah, what Pamela said... tease.

You are a rockstar. I was rolling on the floor picturing you army crawling up the sidewalk. I have no idea what the Superman song is. We should know that, shouldn't we?

Oh, and FIRST!! (ha ha ha gotcha!)

Top 20!! NO! TOP 15!!!

OK, I've seen Clark Kent's Lunchbox everywhere. Seriously, it's like the guy can't keep track of it. It's worse than my son with his cell phone. OK, heading over there. I can't imagine you going 'CRAZY'. ;)

I loved your list of questions. I am ashamed to admit that I cannot hum the Superman theme. But I can't stop humming the Star Wars theme now. Thanks for that. Are you sure they're not the same song? I think they are. ;)

Yes, Clark Kent's Lunchbox would be a great name for a band, but what about the contents?

Be very careful when you are in the army crawl position and ask your hubby to cover you, Steenky. It can lead to...well, it gives special meaning to the title of today's post.

O happy day.

Hey, on a totally unrelated sidebar, I was browsing through your older posts and found the one about biker dude harshing your 'do in Ocean Park this summer.

How cool that the fabulous, famous, unparallelled Steenky was here, in my neck of the woods.

And your hair was not that weird. Mine looks much worse around here, most days. The locals know me and another lady for our big wild hair. Yours was tame, compared. Biker guy must have been a tourist..

Come back again someday, we're not all like that!

Right now I'm having a vodka cranberry with an Advil chaser. Not sure why I'm sharing that except maybe the vodka has loosened my tongue. Or keyboard.

Clicking over to CKL now!
